This policy covers what ChainBrief.news collects from visitors, and how it's used. We aim to collect as little as necessary to run an independent news site.

What we collect

Standard web server and analytics logs (pages visited, approximate location from IP address, browser type) for traffic measurement and abuse prevention. We do not currently collect email addresses, and we do not require an account to read ChainBrief.news. If we launch a newsletter, we will update this policy first.

What we don't do

We do not sell reader data to third parties. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking networks. Any embedded third-party content is subject to that provider's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

Cookies

ChainBrief.news uses minimal, functional cookies where needed for the site to work. We don't use cookies for ad targeting.
